Bruce Lyttle

Worship Leader/Choir Director (Traditonal Service)


Bruce grew up in Bristol Virginia. He met his wife to be, Patty, in a youth meeting at Fellowship Chapel Church. His professional career was as an analytical chemist at Eastman Chemical Company, retiring in 2004 with over 34 years service. He now works part time as an Environmental & Safety Consultant. ,Bruce has over 45 years experience leading music and worship, beginning, while a teenager, as music leader in youth meetings and on Wednesday nights. He takes seriously the admonition from Psalm 100:2; Worship the Lord with gladness, come into His presence with singing. Bruce believes worship is an essential part of the Christian life.

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from East Tennessee State University
Graduate courses in Analytical Chemistry from Lehigh University

Bruce and his wife, Patty, have three children: Crystal (husband Joe), Stephen (wife Amanda), and Daniel (wife Chelsea). He has 12 grandchildren.

Bruce and Patty enjoy traveling and spending time with the grandkids. In his spare time, Bruce enjoys photography, and woodworking. He also enjoys working on cars and household improvement projects.
